Hike Terms
While we at Bay Treks will do everything we can to make sure every hike is fun, safe, and full of beautiful scenery, every hiker is ultimately responsible for their own decisions. This applies on the trail as well as in the decision to sign up for a hike.
We believe that anyone of average fitness level will be able to complete any of our hikes. Those of you who are typically sedentary office workers may feel a bit worn out at the end of the day, but all the greater your sense of accomplishment.
To those for whom fitness is a concern, we have provided distance and elevation measurements for each hike and encourage you to know what to expect. Of course, each hiker is also responsible for bringing appropriate clothing and being ready to have a great time.
Upon pick-up, Bay Treks reserves the right to not bring any hiker who we feel is ill-equipped (has not brought suitable shoes and clothing) or who we feel will be unable to complete the hike because they do not meet the hike's fitness requirements. A full refund will be given.
Sorry, but our hikes are a little too long for children under 9 years old. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent. |
